This course presented a significant challenge for me because the instructional style did not align with my preferred learning methods. The curriculum relied heavily on repetitive slide presentations and rigid assignment structures, which initially made the material confusing and frustrating to navigate. Despite the disconnect in the classroom environment, my experience proved that self-study and adaptive learning can make computer science highly rewarding.Although my career goals lie outside of STEM and I chose to prioritize other academic disciplines, navigating these complex computational concepts allowed me to successfully earn my official college credit. This outcome validated my natural aptitude for algorithmic problem-solving and systematic logic. Ultimately, the class taught me the incredibly valuable skill of independently mastering unfamiliar academic environments and technological frameworks.
